Billiken ID Camps are designed to give players exposure to college coaches, training sessions, matches, and an overall insight into a college soccer environment. Led by the Saint Louis University Men's Soccer staff, this camp is a great opportunity for players serious about soccer who aspire to develop in the game. In addition to the SLU men’s soccer staff, Saint Louis University players will be on hand, giving additional knowledge of the college game and experience. Players attending will have the opportunity to take in full training sessions, matches, as well as a strength and conditioning session. This is a great opportunity to see campus, stay in our facilities and live the experience of a Billiken.

Additional Information


Location 
Billiken ID Camps are at Saint Louis University North Campus.
 
Meal
Players will be provided lunch between the morning and afternoon session. If you have dietary restriction please let the Billiken Soccer Camp Staff know in advance to accommodate for it.

Camp Waivers and Medical Care 


Billiken ID Campers are required to fill out our camp waivers and turn them in via email. The forms will be attached to a detailed camp information email but can also be found in Camp Forms. Click here to access Camp Forms. Prior to camp, please scan and email the forms to menssoccer@slu.edu. Billiken ID Camps have a full-time trainer on duty to take care of all minor injuries.

Event Refund Policy
Refunds will ONLY be given when we receive written notice from a physician stating that the athlete is physically unable to participate in the camp. Refund requests will be reviewed by the sports camp administrator and Athletics Office of Compliance for validity. All approved refunds or cancelled camps will incur a 25% administrative fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Due to the current pandemic Billiken Soccer Camps reserves the right to make Covid-19 related adjustments based on state and local Covid-19 policies. Billiken Soccer Camps will comply with all state and local mandates. Necessary precautions will be taken to ensure a safe and fun camp environment.

FAQs

Are parents allowed to visit players in the dorms?

Parents will have access to dorm rooms for move in and move out (and of course emergency/illness situations). However, only Billiken Soccer Camp staff and players will be allowed to be on the floors of the dorms. This ensures the safety of the players. 

If I come with a group/friend, will we be on the same team?

We want the players to have the best possible experience that typically means playing with friends! We do everything we can to make sure friends play together. Please mention all peers attending when registering for Billiken Soccer Camps. However, we cannot guarantee that friends will be on the same team in each session or game.

If I request a roommate, will we be placed in the same dorm room?

Yes, we will make sure roommates are paired together as long as both request each other when registering. Please note that only 2 players are allowed to stay in a room.

Can parents stay and watch training sessions?

Parents are always welcome to watch outdoor training sessions. 

What precautions are being taken in regards to COVID-19?

Billiken Soccer Camps reserves the right to make Covid-19 related adjustments and based on all state and local mandates. We will take all precautions to ensure a safe and fun camp environment. 

Will I need to bring additional money?

All formal meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included in the camp fee. However, many players like to purchase additional pizza slices or other snacks after the evening session or during breaks at the overnight camps. At the Billiken Prospect and ID Camp no additional money is required for any camp activities.

Will I need to bring additional money?

No additional money is required for any camp activities. On full days, lunch is included in the camp fee.

Will I need to bring additional money?

Can I purchase Billiken Soccer Camp merchandise?

Discounted Billiken Soccer Camp merchandise will be available for purchase during registration and move-in on the first and during the move-out on the last day of the camp.  

Is there supervision in residence halls?

The players have 24-hour supervision. There are Billiken Soccer Camp staff members on each floor and an athletic trainer always on call in case of emergency. 

Is there a camp discount offered to children of SLU faculty/staff?

Yes, children of full-time SLU faculty/staff are eligible for a camp discount. To receive the discount, please email Kevin Stoll at Kevin.Stoll@slu.edu

Can I check-in late?

Yes, but please communicate with properly prior to the camp.

How do I register for Billiken Soccer Camps?

Click on the “Register” button of the camp you want to attend. Payment is online by credit card only.

Is there a registration deadline?

We accept applications until the camps are full. Camp capacity varies depending on camp type and dates. Billiken Soccer Camps fill quickly, therefore we suggest registering as early as possible.

Will I receive a confirmation letter?

Following the camp registration online, a confirmation letter will be sent immediately by email. Please contact us if you have not received your email confirmation letter.

Do players need to bring their own soccer balls?

All Billiken Youth Soccer Camps require players to bring their own soccer balls. Please ensure proper labeling to reduce confusion. 

Do players need to bring their own soccer balls?

Billiken High School Soccer Camps do not require players to bring their own soccer balls.

Do you provide transportation to camp/ from the airport?

The Billiken Soccer Camps do not provide transportation to camp/from the airport.

Is a physical required?

No physical is required for Billiken Soccer Camps, however each player is required to provide medical consent and liability waiver.

How do we transfer our son’s camp session/ Is there a fee to transfer?

There is no fee to transfer camps, however we do need an email request for transfer. Please refer to our refund and cancellation policy for details on cancellations.

What is the difference between the ID, Prospect and College Elite Camp?

The difference between the Billiken ID, Prospect and College Elite Camp is the timeline.
Our Billiken ID Camps are one day camps, our Billiken Prospect Camps are two day camps and our Billiken College Elite Camp is a three day overnight camp. 

Are Billiken Prospect Camps overnight Camps?

No, Billiken Prospect Camps are not overnight camps and on campus housing will not be provided. Players are required to get their own housing. A good option is the Element St. Louis Midtown Hotel right next to our beautiful campus.
